We can ship to virtually any address in the Domestic United States. Once an order has been placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Once your order has been shipped, it can take up to 4 business days for delivery.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
It can take up to 48 hours to see your tracking information once your tracking number has been issued.
All clothing and accessories are FINAL sale. You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange only. If your items have been damaged during transit please contact us immediately upon receipt of your package, you will have 48 hours to upon delivery confirmation to notify our store so we can resolve any issues. Damaged items will receive in-store credit or replacement upon receiving a picture of your product with tags or stickers still attached. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
You should expect to receive your store credit within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
If you need to exchange or return an item for store credit, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to exchange or return an item or items for store credit.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days from initial purchase for all orders to process. In most cases, orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Upon ordering please be sure that your address is accurate/updated when entering or using Paypal. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses and will result in the customer paying additional fees in order to receive your order correctly.
If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.
Once you file a claim with USPS the driver on your route will investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address which is the case majority of the time.
We highly recommend that you select SIGNATURE REQUIRED if you have a history of missing packages that way a person at your address must sign and collect your package eliminating the possibility of it being stolen.
If you decide to file a claim through Paypal your tracking number is automatically uploaded which will state that your package was indeed delivered. The only time that we will offer credit or resend is when tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed DURING TRANSIT and not for any packages that states DELIVERED in mailbox/porch/reception etc.
